The biggest shift this year for me, was knowing th The biggest shift this year for me, was knowing that if I wanted to carve out my corner of the internet and invite people in to scale their way, I had to walk the walk. 

This year was about the building (while getting paid) before the true scale. 

I shed all the “shoulds”.

Hunkered down on what was right for me.

And the results spoke for themselves.

It’s been the toughest, yet the most rewarding year with some of the hardest things being the shifts that needed to happen within me for some of the growth 2024 has bought to be welcomed in. 

But no successful year (whatever that looks like for you) is coming from just following another strategy on the internet.

True success is found in finding what works for you and going all in with what needs to happen to call it in. 

And that’s not all in the hustle and grind. 

I wouldn’t change a thing…

So November comes to an end and we step into the l So November comes to an end and we step into the last month of 2024 and the reflections are HUGE…

1. I’ve been really enjoying exploring Yorkshire and really feel like it’s ‘home’ now
2. Hosted my best retreat yet and saw shifts in the attendees that are completely changing how they’re going to step into 2025
3. This projector got SEEN!!! Just after this video I cried so much because I was just so grateful about how amazing my client relationships are.
4. I got to shout LOUD about the huge results being in my mentors Mastermind has bought. So grateful. 
5. I was back in London Town and I’ve realised I still love a bit of city but as long as I can leave it
6. I hosted an AMAZING mastermind day with a funnel that bought in £50k (with most of it being in 24 hours) 
7. I played with dualities of bingo and classy events. I’m never gonna change. You can’t ever take the girl out of Essex. 
8. I 1000% took on too many things this month and one thing had to give, a lesson I definitely needed to learn. So on top of tech drama, lots of travel, some pretty special experiences, I also made the hard decision to cancel my masterclass after honestly dropping a few balls and realising I can’t be EVERYTHING!!! But it’s okay, I’m human too.
9. I made a decision to shut my membership because I believe in practising what I preach and only scaling in a way that’s right for you, we’ve got a great funnel right now and it’s time to double down on serving in a way I ADORE!!! 
10. My amazing friend managed to get us Sam Fender tickets which I’m SO excited for!!! 
11. I’ve never done this before but the tree is UP before December 1st and I’m so excited to hunker down and get all cosy with the holiday. 

November, it’s been a rollercoaster and even the borderline burnout I wouldn’t change. 

There’s lessons in everything.

Let’s do this December 💪🏻
The most common thing I see with my clients is the The most common thing I see with my clients is them not fully owning what they offer.

What they bring to the table.

Why someone should go to them. 

That doesn’t mean adding more and more things.

It’s often the opposite. 

Because if someone’s unclear on their magic and genius they can easily yo-yo. 

They go from thing to thing, message to message, identity to identity, sales experience to sales experience. 

And for sure, they’re doing ALL the things.

They’re busy. 

But they sit questioning why the ‘wrong’ people are jumping in or why they’re not actually making the sales they desire.

And that flip flop is costing you vital money my love.

If you’re known for nothing, you’re known for nothing. 

If you’re broad AF with no real tangible, stand out reason why someone would come to you, they ain’t coming. 

As I said, it’s not about adding more. Or taking all your skills and shouting about each one daily.

It’s about streamlining to be known for THE thing. 

Because owning that and taking up unapologetic space with it allows the right people to find it.

To find you. 

And you get to call people in without forcing it. 

I created my signature Scale Like You™️ system that was unique to how I worked and became known for it. Identity, Brand, Strategy, Marketing…ALL centred around YOU!!! Effortlessly blending brand and business together. And just recently I called in people to make t £50K sales in just a few days, for people ready to do just that.

So how can you get this too? 
1. Get some post-it notes and list out how you help your clients. Be free. Write it all down. 
2. Look for similarities and start to bundle so you don’t have a shopping list of “’I help people with this and this and this.” 
3. Title these bundles under their common theme, you want 4-6 steps(ish). 
4. Name your entire framework based on the promise or transformation you offer your clients.

And voila…Now you get to be the person who’s known for THE thing. 

Not all the things. 

It becomes KNOWN, repeatable and attracts your people into your world.

And I am going to hold a mirror up to you so you explore what’s actually going on rather than papering over the cracks with a strategy to follow. 

I’m gonna make you play bigger, even when it feels a little scary to do so. 

And let’s be honest, all of that isn’t going to feel comfortable sometimes. 

But I’ll always do it with so much love, so much support. I’ll be by your side all the way so you don’t just get quick wins, but long term gains. 

The best part? I’m okay with who I’m not for. 

We are NOT for everyone.

Not everyone is going to be ready for the magic you bring to the table and the sooner you stop making that a “you problem” is when you’ll allow space to welcome the right people in. 

If you are too busy just focussing on who said no and what that means about you, rather than focussing on who you are and how you can attract the right people…Then I’m sorry to break it to you, but you’re focussing all your energy in the wrong place.

Today, I told my Membership that the container is closing.

This is the 2nd membership I’ve closed and I vow to never, ever open one again.

Even though I love the people, it was the easiest decision I’ve ever made.

I’ve lost monthly revenue and likely clients as a result (although of course I’ve offered them alternatives if it feels right).

Yet, it definitely felt like a relief once I’d done it.

Not because I won’t miss working with those of them who aren’t ready for our other containers.

But because running a membership, just isn’t in alignment with who I am.

Here goes that word “alignment” again and before you all start shutting your containers, I didn’t shut it and have nothing else in place.

I didn’t do it without a strategic plan ready to implement.

It’s not about closing for the sake of it, it’s about it being the RIGHT decision with new moves that do feel right.

And I do believe it all happens for a reason as in the same week, let alone month, I welcomed in £50,000 in sales for our other containers.

All of them designed to support our clients in the best way I know how…Seeing them!

Actually being IN IT with them.

So yer, some would call shutting it foolish, after all, people have graduated from the membership into our Amplify Mastermind.

But I call it sensible. Ethical. In integrity.

Because it’s no benefit to me and no benefit to them if I can’t help them as much as they truly need.

Nor if I am not fully in it.

I totally get that memberships are SO beneficial for so many.

And for some they’ll find their groove with them.

But I just felt like I couldn’t flex my gifts in the right way with a container that just didn’t suit my serving style.

There are a million ways to run a business.

A million possible offers out there for you to explore which feels right for you to share with the world.

But the only way to make it work for you, is to find the THINGS that work for you.

Business requires bold steps.

Aligned moves.

Right decisions.

This is just another reminder of having to let go of good to go for great.
